Entry Level Management Training


We are looking for a Entry Level Management Traininee to provide excellent sales, marketing and customer service; and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet their expectations. Please note all work is performed in office or in one of our six retail locations. There is no door-to-door, B2B or telemarketing. All work is paid on an HOURLY PLUS COMMISSION basis.
Responsibilities
Engage potential customers, discover their product needs and deliver
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
Keep ahead of industry's developments and apply best practices to areas of improvementControl resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in sales or marketing
1+ years of experience in providing customer service
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Awareness of industry's latest technology trends and applications
Ability to think strategically and to lead
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Customer service orientation
BS degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
