We are currently seeking a Route Sales Assistant for our Texarkana, AR team!!!!

What you are trusted with:
Lead and or assist in the opening of new locations.
Provide initial operational training to store owner and employees.
Assist Account Managers in running routes, unloading product, servicing stores in their absence, and other service-related duties
Servicing stores during holiday periods and/or when both the Account Manager and District Manager are not available
Provide refresher and reinforcement training to store employees on operating our turn-key program and promoting Hunt Brothers products.
Building positive customer relationships
Providing unsurpassed customer service by ordering and/or delivering product to the customer
Resolving problems and communicating pertinent information to the appropriate team member
We look for dedicated and diverse individuals who preferably have a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement. We will consider those without experience or without CDL and will provide the opportunity for training if hired. Candidates must have Clean Driving Record
What makes you successful:
Positive Can Do' Attitude
Possess a high degree of professionalism, organization and time management skills.
Basic computer skills; able to operate a handheld point of sale device
High school diploma
1-3 years of route sales, supervisory, or management experience
Must be 21 years of age or older; valid drivers license for at least 3 years
Ability to pass a drug test, criminal background check with a CLEAN driving record
Ability to pass the Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
Ability to load and unload up to 75 lbs. of product safely and move the product inside the customer's stores.
Proven history of providing excellent customer service
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
