Work directly with patients and completing administrative tasks to include but not limited to:
Record patient history and personal information Conduct preliminary test like measuring blood pressure, temperature and pulse Take notes for doctors on duty Assist Medical Professionals with charts and basic needs of patients Ability to use medical equipment Obtains blood specimens by performing venipunctures and finger sticks.
Maintain specimen integrity by following department procedures and observing isolation procedures On call at least once a month Answer the phone and schedule appointments Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations Work hours are 8:
30 am to 5:
30 pm with occasional overtime.
Monday through Friday.
Must pass a drug test and background check.
