Base Pay:
$55,000 to $70,000

Working with E-Crew Project Tech to balance workload across available work hours Reviewing and adhering to project schedule Ordering/labeling production materials Coordinating the procurement/Labeling of experimental materials with operations Coordinating with operations and scheduling on specific equipment requirements Procuring the required carcasses and green tires for both Two-stage and Uni-stage processes Confirmation of electronic data set up and reporting/troubleshooting when needed Completion of project documentation, control, and hand off tires and documents to next process Procure project certified check tires with documented measurements and markings On weekends, fill in for Lab Cure tech to cover required check tire cure evaluations The ideal candidate will execute evaluations for product improvements and cost reductions, and step in for curing project tasks as needed.
In this role, you will monitor scrap rates during shifts, take action when required, and participate in shift meetings.
Punctuality and attendance are extremely important to the success of the operations in general as well as contributing to an overall positive team atmosphere.
Dependable job attendance is expected.
Basic Computer skills preferred.
Shift Information:
12-hour shift, New hires would likely be placed onto the night shift.
2-2-3 continuous work schedule (This scheduling allows for some natural overtime and gives a three-day weekend every other week) Work Environment:
Texarkana, AR Plant The job is within a fast paced, heavy industrial environment and you may be required to work within various areas of the factory.
The environmental conditions can be hot, cold, and noisy.
Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to.
This includes safety wear such as hearing and eye protection, protective clothing, and steel-toed shoes.
Basic
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED or the Workforce Center's Career Readiness Certification (CRC) with a minimum of Silver Certificate level Must be at least 18 years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future Required to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
