They are responsible for executing management processes, training, and staffing.
They will also be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities such as payroll, scheduling and accounting, and aspects of oversight regarding clinical teams.
The Regional Manager must develop strong relationships with company leaders as well as their divisional counterparts.
This territory will include Southwest Arkansas and potentially other locations.
In this role, you will:
Drive Performance Ensures preparation and facilitation of key processes such as:
Site Reviews, Rural Health Inspections, Workflows & Procedures, Staffing Manages and facilitates operational activities such as staffing/scheduling, payroll, education Monitors key performance indicators for sites and works with respective team to proactively address variability.
Facilitates forward-looking management processes designed to identify and address variance before they occur.
Ensures adequate staffing/coverage for assigned region Ensures timely completion of reports for management Culture & Team Building Interviews, hires, trains, and develops team of clinical staff in assigned regions.
Facilitates and tracks key onboarding activities for new team members.
Ensure effective cascade and dissemination of organizational initiatives and information.
Partners with administrative leaders to implement processes and systems.
