Do you like people? Are you organized? Infinit-I Workforce Solutions is seeking an organized and outgoing person to join our Marketing team.
Their goal is to drive new leads and renewed business through virtual and live events.
This person will coordinate event logistics, communicate with clients and prospects, manage budgets and tracking, and act as a host on behalf of the company.
The Events Coordinator is expected to:
Coordinate logistics, including scheduling speakers, organizing travel for guests, arranging meals, and handling setup and breakdown of events Work with colleagues to facilitate event invitations and follow-up Track expenses and event performance; Report periodically to management Proactively plan event themes and guest speakers Serve as the event host and act as a company representative, possibly including presenting Successful individuals in this role are organized and detail-oriented, but enjoy interacting with others.
They are calm under pressure and comfortable pivoting when needed (Flight cancelled? No problem, I can figure it out Guest speaker running late? No worries, here's what we'll do instead).

Experience:
2
years work experience in related role Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
